Ideal for cheek and jowl lifts requiring precise placement to target fat pockets and folds.  Barbed thread is completely pre-loaded within cannula.  Design allows for retraction of cannula for correct placement. Also useful in patients who have significant scar tissue such as from acne or surgery where a more blunt cannula will not pass through.  360 degree helical placement of barbs helps avoid fixation too deeply into muscle or too superficial into skin.
